Execução judicial cobra da Vai-Vai 563 000 reais

Enquanto comemora a volta à elite do Carnaval paulistano, a Vai-Vai se defende de uma execução judicial de 563 000 reais. O produtor artístico Marcelo Faria, ex-membro da diretoria, afirma que emprestou a quantia em junho de 2019, sem cobrar juros, mas não recebeu nenhum centavo das seis parcelas de 93 944 reais prometidas. Na ação, a atual gestão diz que consultou o presidente licenciado, Darly Silva, o Neguitão, e que ele se lembra de ter assinado uma confissão de dívida bem menor, de 57 000 reais. Agora, a Vai-Vai, que sugere adulteração do documento, pede a condenação de Faria por litigância de má-fé. Procuradas, as partes não quiseram comentar.
