A compra foi anunciada em dezembro do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>A Ferrous tem opera\u00e7\u00f5es de min\u00e9rio de ferro em Minas Gerais e na Bahia e foi comprada por cerca de US$ 550 milh\u00f5es (R$ 2,14 bilh\u00f5es), incluindo d\u00edvidas.
