S\u00e3o Paulo \u2014 O conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Gafisa<\/a><\/strong> elegeu Roberto Luz Portella para ocupar as posi\u00e7\u00f5es de diretor presidente, financeiro e de rela\u00e7\u00f5es com investidores, em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o a Ana Maria Recart, que renunciou aos cargos ap\u00f3s uma nova troca de controle da empresa.<\/p>\n

Portella j\u00e1 atuava desde 15 de mar\u00e7o como membro do conselho e acumular\u00e1 as fun\u00e7\u00f5es, de acordo com o comunicado. Tamb\u00e9m foi escolhido Eduardo Larangeira J\u00e1come para diretoria executiva operacional da Gafisa, no lugar de Karen Sanchez Guimaraes, que tamb\u00e9m deixou a companhia.<\/p>\n

Em fevereiro, a GWI, do investidor Mu Hak, leiloou 14,6 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es da Gafisa, o equivalente a uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 33,67 por cento dos pap\u00e9is ordin\u00e1rios da construtora, ao pre\u00e7o de 9 reais, passando o controle da companhia para um grupo de investidores financeiros locais em opera\u00e7\u00e3o intermediada pela corretora Planner.<\/p>\n
